1. Service Overview
OneFloors is a two-sided fitness & nutrition platform: the student side is for logging meals, training, and body composition; the coach side is for managing students, writing post-session notes, publishing a coaching portfolio, and booking sessions. Students and coaches are paired via invite code or QR code.
The Service is provided as iOS / Android mobile apps and the website onefloors.cc.
2. Account and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service with the consent of a legal guardian.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or harm others.
3. Student Side (Permanently Free)
The OneFloors student side is permanently free. There is no paywall and no in-app purchase anywhere on the student side. All core features (meal logging, training logs, body composition tracking, coach interaction) are free.
If your paired coach holds a Coach Pro subscription, you gain access to certain advanced features enabled by your coach — similar to a team-collaboration model. This access tracks the coach's subscription status and is not purchased on the student side.
4. Coach Pro Subscription
The coach side offers a single paid plan, "OneFloors Coach Pro", with the following terms:
- Product ID: cc.onefloors.coach_pro.monthly
- Price: NT$490 per month (tax included)
- Billing: auto-renewable monthly subscription
- Billing account: the Apple ID configured in the Apple App Store
- Renewal: subscription auto-renews 24 hours before the end of the current period unless cancelled. Apple charges your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the period for the next term.
- Cancellation: manage or cancel via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the period ends; otherwise the next term will still be charged.
- Refunds: subscription fees, once charged by Apple, are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to avoid the next period's charge. Any disputes or exceptions are handled per Apple's refund policy.
- Unused portion: any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited. v1.0.0 does not offer a free trial.
- Deleting your OneFloors account does NOT automatically cancel your Apple subscription — they must be cancelled separately.
5. What Coach Pro Includes
- Manage up to 30 students (free tier is capped at 3).
- Public coaching portfolio (URL: onefloors.cc/[your-handle]).
- Full training history and analytics.
- Pro identification badge.
- We reserve the right to add or adjust subscription contents, with in-app announcement.
6. User Content
You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights in the content you upload (meal photos, body composition photos, messages, coaching portfolio, etc.). To operate the Service, you grant OneFloors a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license, solely to the extent necessary to provide, operate, improve, and market the Service (and subject to the Privacy Policy's limits).
You represent that uploaded content does not infringe any third-party rights, does not violate any law, and does not contain pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, or fraudulent material.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Uploading false, misleading, infringing, or illegal content.
- Using the Service for medical diagnosis, prescription, treatment, or claiming medical efficacy.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, crawling, or automated bulk operation of the Service.
- Circumventing the Apple App Store IAP mechanism to collect subscription fees.
- Interfering with or disrupting the Service or other users' accounts in any way.
8. AI Features and Disclaimer
The Service includes AI-assisted features (food recognition, AI nutritionist, AI coach chat, training recommendations, etc.). All AI output is labelled "for reference only" and has the following nature:
- Does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendation.
- Does not replace consultation with licensed physicians, dietitians, physical therapists, or qualified coaches.
- If you have any health concerns, chronic illness, pregnancy, post-surgery recovery, or are taking medication, please consult a qualified medical professional first.
- AI output may be inaccurate; you should evaluate it and bear any risk of acting on it.
9. Account Deletion and Termination
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete Account in the app. Personal data is purged within 30 days (excluding records we are legally required to retain).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, violate law, harm others, have been long inactive, or are required to be terminated by authorities.
10. Service Changes and Interruption
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves or as required by law or technical constraints. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. The Service is not guaranteed 100% uninterrupted or error-free; routine maintenance or force majeure (e.g., cloud provider outage, network failure) may cause temporary unavailability.
11. Intellectual Property
The OneFloors name, logo, trademarks, UI design, source code, copy, and all original content are owned by the Service and protected by applicable law. No one may copy, modify, distribute, publicly transmit, or commercially exploit these without prior written consent.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We have made reasonable efforts to keep it stable and secure, but we make no express or implied warranty regarding fitness for a particular purpose, error-free or uninterrupted operation, freedom from viruses, or suitability to your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneFloors is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability for any single dispute is capped at the amount you actually paid to the Service in the preceding 12 months (zero on the student side).
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are construed and applied under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, the parties agree to submit to the Taipei District Court, Taiwan, as the court of first instance.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, with the "Last updated" date refreshed. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
