OneFloors puts snap-to-log meals, structured workout logs, body-composition tracking, and a coach dashboard into the same app. Trainees keep living their life. Coaches keep coaching. Progress stops living in screenshots.

What’s inside

The unglamorous bits, done well.

We sweat the small frictions — the ones that break a habit in week three. OneFloors trims them so trainees show up and coaches stay in the loop.

AI snap-to-log meals

Photograph any plate, bowl or bento. Our model returns 1–2 best guesses in about a second — adjust portions and you’re done.

Four macros, one glance

Calories, protein, carbs, fat — always on the home screen, always live. Goals update the moment a coach changes them.

Set-by-set workout log

Programs are prefilled with suggested loads. Tap a set to mark it done. Finish a session and see ‘this vs last time’ on one card.

12-week strength curves

Tap the chart icon next to any exercise. See yourself getting stronger in real numbers, not in feelings.

Body comp + InBody snap

Track weight, body fat, skeletal muscle, plus progress photos. Snap an InBody printout — we read the numbers in. History on one chart.

AI nutritionist chat

Ask, get an answer that knows your last week of meals and your coach’s targets. No second app for ‘what should I eat?’

Coach client dashboard

Weekly fill rate, protein hit rate, last active, body trends, training completion — every trainee on a single screen.

Coach ↔ trainee booking

Trial sessions and recurring slots land directly in the calendar. Trainees book straight from your coach page — no extra back-and-forth.

How it works

A loop you’ll actually finish.

Every step is designed to take under ten seconds on a phone. The whole point: make the habit cheap, make the feedback honest.

  1. 01

    Pick a role

Sign in as a coach or a trainee. Coaches get a client list and dashboard. Trainees get today’s plan and macros up front.

  2. 02

    Snap, tap, done

Photograph a meal. Tap a set when you finish it. Phones live in pockets, not on benches — every interaction is built for that.

  3. 03

    Coach adjusts live

Coaches tweak nutrition goals, edit programs, drop a note. The trainee app updates instantly. No exports, no ‘what was the new target again?’

  4. 04

    Weekly proof

Each week surfaces what actually happened — fill rate, protein hits, sessions logged, body trends. The next week is just better, on purpose.

Built for both sides

One tool. Two jobs.

Trainees get a lightweight daily companion. Coaches get the oversight they were hacking together in spreadsheets, screenshots and chat threads.

For trainees

Show up. Log the win.

  • Today’s plan on the home screen — no menus, no drilling.
  • Snap a meal and get back to your life in seconds.
  • Ask the AI nutritionist instead of opening another app.
  • Watch the progress bars move. It’s weirdly motivating.

For coaches

Stay close. Stay out of the way.

  • Every trainee’s week — fill rate, protein hits, training completion — on one screen.
  • Edit nutrition, edit programs, change suggested weights — live for the trainee.
  • Trial sessions and recurring slots book straight into your calendar.

Frequently asked

Straight answers.

Is this a replacement for MyFitnessPal?

No — we don’t ship a giant food database. We use a vision model to recognise whole dishes (a bowl, a plate, a meal), so you don’t tap through twenty ingredients. It’s a different trade-off.

Do I need a coach to use it?

No. Trainees can use OneFloors solo to log meals, run their own training, and track body comp. The coach side is optional and adds goal-setting and dashboards on top.

Where is my data?

Your meal, training and body-comp logs live in OneFloors’ server database, with encryption in transit. We’re explicit about what we collect and how it’s used.

What platforms is it on?

OneFloors is iOS-only for now. Android isn’t on the roadmap yet — we’ll revisit based on demand.

How accurate is the food recognition?

Good enough to be useful, not magical. We show 1–2 best-guess matches per photo, let you correct portions, and learn from the corrections.

How does the AI nutritionist work?

It’s a chat that already knows your last week of meals and your coach’s targets. Treat it as a thoughtful assistant, not medical advice.

Can a coach run multiple trainees?

Yes. Client lists, dashboards and a built-in calendar are designed for coaches running up to 30 trainees without losing the thread.

What does it cost?

Trainees are free, forever. Coaches pay NT$ 490 / month — includes the client list, dashboard, booking system and a personal coach site. For team or enterprise plans, drop your details in the “For teams” form below — we’ll reach out.
